Moving Horizons strives to provide quotations within 24-hours of recieving information and documentation necessary to determine the scope of the job.
Initial resume assessment is FREE of CHARGE.
The quote includes personal interviews, response to requests, information email gathering, document editing (up to 45 minutes are Free of Charge).
Only at the the time that a quote is accepted will a turnaround time of documents be confirmed. Appreciate that demand for our services varies considerably. We can provide indicative times on the first enquiry, but during exceptionally busy times we will ensure clients are informed if the work cannot be started within 3 - 5 working days of your request.
Our quotations are provided as a (minimum to maximum) range of hourly preparation. This is creative writing process and it is often very difficult to predict the exact production time until the first draft is completed. At all times we strive to minimise our costs, and only 50% of quotes are charged at the maximum quoted rate.
Document preparation time in excess of the maximum quote will NOT be charged
FULL payment is required prior to release of documents.
Credit cards will be debited prior to the emailing of DRAFT documents.
Moving Horizons accepts VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard, but sorry not Amercian Express.
Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to our company account is also available - make sure you include your name as our reference. Similiarly with cheques, only when funds are cleared into our account will your documents be released.
Money Orders and Cheques should be made in favour of Moving Horizons Pty Ltd.
Bank Credit Card processing charges are payable @ 3% as from January 1, 2007
Urgent document preparation (less than 24 hours) carries a surcharge of 20%
Tax Invoices will be issued on request.
Moving Horizons Pty Ltd confirms that all personal client information submitted by any means (hardcopy, electronic, facsimile, email or revealed during consultations) for the purpose of preparing resumes and other related documentation shall not be used for any other purpose unless with the prior knowledge and written consent of the person to whom this information relates.
No clients details will be EVER released or distributed to THIRD parties.
All services are provided fully compliant and in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Fair Trading.
